Artisan Bread

At Knead we create artisan bread, rustic pastries, all made on premise, at our Hood River location. Our bread menu changes daily, but you can always count on our wonderful baguettes! Try our surprising fougasse, locally called our "pretzel" bread, shaped like a leaf, and painted with olive oil drizzled with salt and herbs.
